      Pros

      Smart team mates with good values. Good culture and regular get-togethers (although less than when I first started). Tech is best in market and good training program that means you learn about competitors in market. Learn different skills technically as well as client facing duties.

      Cons

      Workloads can get big quickly.

      Pros

      The Exchange Lab is an exciting place to work for my first job in marketing - I get to wear many different hats and there's never a dull moment. Staff are really friendly and there's a great sense of camaraderie. Work hours are flexible and vacation time is very generous.

      Cons

      Could do with more social activities for interdepartmental team building. A few of the key members of the social committee moved on recently and it needs to be rebuilt.
