Business outlook
Pros
Great and intelligent people - including management, who are very down to earth and always open and honest. It has a family feel and i've never felt I've learnt so much at a company as much as I have here. There are some opportunities to go round to different offices and I like how we're working more with GroupM now - it opens up a different aspect to the role. There are summer and winter parties as well as some outings.
Cons
It would be great to get the whole company together once in a while and would be good to have some more information/team sharing workshops again.
