- Leadership treats people like a transaction - HR is barely HR...tells us to deal with our issues by ourselves when we don't have the training to handle sensitive situations - Low pay and they will low-ball you when giving an offer - Takes advantage of juniors with the promise of growth when there is none - No career paths - Overtime and no pay unless it's approved ahead of time - They fire at least 5-15 people every year because apparently that's the only way to balance the budget - No proper execution of plans - Employees are not treated with respect and are constantly told to "suck it up" rather than finding solutions to issues such as poor leadership - No mentorship
