Pros
Talented and friendly coworkers who have an interest in promoting a productive, successful work environment. No qualms with engineers or technical product whatsoever.
Cons
Technology leadership is a dumpster fire. They don’t know they’re doing or how to add any real value to the company’s products. Managers will often throw subordinates under the bus in order to promote their own career agenda and often avoid taking responsibility or initiative for solving problems. This is actively harming the business and in my view, prevents the company from generating more revenue.
