The people I work with are really, really friendly and it's such a relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
I HATE how call centers constantly call you, and I see why. It's the structure of the business to call people 4-5 times a day and leave voicemail after voicemail. But, it's business, it works, and that's the only thing I don't like.
