      nothing, good locatin, good hours, no weekends, no holidays, flexible schedules

      Cons

      alot, employee disrespect, no employee appreciation, maintence, and cleanliness of building are very slacking. Pay is well below average

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
