      Pros

      The teams are very close knit and collaborative. Many of the employees have been there for decades, and are very knowledgeable. Equifax is a good corporate citizen.

      Cons

      Could use a more formal training program. Upper management is detached and unapproachable.

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
