9yIt is so great to hear when employees are able to manage a true work-life balance and achieve fulfillment personally and professionally. Being a national company and ensuring that all employees, remote and in the office, feel included can be challenging. In fact, how to include the field and make them feel part of things is an ongoing topic of conversation at the office because we know the difficulties that being remote poses. We do our best by utilizing web-ex, trying to make sure we record things like the three panels that occurred over the last couple of weeks regarding the Company goals so you can watch them at times more convenient, etc. However, we would love to hear any suggestions you may have in this regard.
