Edmunds offers a suite of products for its clients that work very well, the support for both the clients and sales force is awesome, this company actually cares about the clients and employees. A lot of companies proclaim to focus on employee morale and well being. Edmunds truly does. It gets better every day.
Cons
navigating on internal systems to get information is a little challenging at first, but the longer I am here, the easier it gets. Other than that I have found no Cons

What a great review! It's true that Edmunds does care about its employees’ morale and well-being, so it's wonderful to see that that message is being received. You are correct in that each and every day is a new conversation to determine if the right things are being done as we know that as the Company continues to grow andthe needs of the people working here will continue to change. Regarding the internal systems you mentioned, if there are any ideas you have for tutorials or workshops that could be helpful, please feel free to reach out to someone in Employment Experience and let us know.
My experience here has been exceptional. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and generous perks, all within a fully remote setup. The team is genuinely caring, and I've found ample opportunities for growth thanks to the ability to rotate teams. I initially planned to stay for a copule years before moving to a big tech company, but I've been so impressed that I've been here for many years and plan to stay longer.
Cons
Since the company operates on a nearly full-remote model, there are fewer opportunities for in-person socialization; however, the option to work from the office is always available for those who want to connect with colleagues. While the compensation is competitive and by no means low, it is important to note that it is less than what's offered by major tech companies, and no stock options are included as part of the compensation package.
