Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review regarding your experience working here. We love to hear that as a former employee, you consider this a great place to work. We also appreciate the feedback on areas we can improve upon, as we strive to make sure we are always getting better. Management training is a key focus in 2016 and into 2017 to make sure our managers understand the most effective ways to communicate so all feel in the know. In addition, innovation and new product development is such a strong priority for us, and the excitement around it often causes us to move quickly. We do think that with our new training organization, our support teams are going to feel better equipped to deal with the new products as they launch.
