Pros

- Office is beautiful in NYC , rooftop open to employees! But that’s about it.

Cons

I was hired as a Software Engineer I but from day one was assigned senior-level responsibilities without proper support, compensation adjustment, or realistic timelines, forcing me to work constant overtime just to keep up while my mental health deteriorated. After two years of this exploitation, the company restructured and brought in incredibly arrogant and condescending managers who actively discouraged career growth, created a cutthroat environment, and treated employees like disposable resources. Despite three years of consistent performance, delivering every project on time, and never missing work, they terminated me without any notice or warning, and even refused to reimburse my final legitimate expenses. This company has zero respect for its employees, unrealistic expectations, toxic leadership, and unprofessional business practices - save yourself the stress and mental anguish by staying far away from this organization.

Pros

I worked with some of the brightest and best people in the business. Most of them are no longer with the company. Some good clients, and nice office space.

Cons

Very limited opportunities for growth. During my time they reduced promotions to only once a year, and made many excuses for promoting as few people as possible (despite becoming the first "$1B" agency at that time). Morale was extremely low. People were forced to come into an office with nobody they actually worked with. Common to be passed from manager to manager. At one point I had 6+ managers within a 10-month span.
