Most toxic work environment - Senior Software Engineer Edelman Employee Review

I was hired as a Software Engineer I but from day one was assigned senior-level responsibilities without proper support, compensation adjustment, or realistic timelines, forcing me to work constant overtime just to keep up while my mental health deteriorated. After two years of this exploitation, the company restructured and brought in incredibly arrogant and condescending managers who actively discouraged career growth, created a cutthroat environment, and treated employees like disposable resources. Despite three years of consistent performance, delivering every project on time, and never missing work, they terminated me without any notice or warning, and even refused to reimburse my final legitimate expenses.
