Pros
Excellent place to learn and work with some of the best in the business (especially if you're a Type A and can work with other Type As). Great networking + visibility opportunities. Abundance of resources/IP /capabilities/editorial relationships that other agencies don't have. PTO benefits are significantly more generous compared to other agencies + in the absence of higher salaries - I have 45+ days of paid time off - 20 days of vacation, 15 days of holiday (including a flex day), 10 days of sick/wellness time per year.
Cons
Compensation packages for junior employees aren't high enough // have not been adjusted to sustain living standards in rapidly growing markets like Austin. Lots of internal politics to navigate. Culture + career advancement opportunities are contingent on the people directly within your orbit.
