Edelman India is one of the best paymasters in the country and the benefits are unparalleled.
Cons
The organisation does very little to protect its own people against abusive clients. So even though the organisation itself is great and they try to keep morale high against all odds, clients can often display inexcusable behavior and the organisation does very little to curb that because profits are more important than people.
