      Do not compensate financially. Start you off at very low pay and can’t negotiate. Nepotism is a thing here.

      You have your own office, very family oriented. Work environment. A lot of paid holidays. Sick time and vacation time

      Cons

      High caseload makes it difficult sometimes to give as much attention to each case as I would like , a lot of paperwork and repetitive work duties
