interview was very short. Panel interview with 4 supervisors. If interviewing for a postion with bilongual, expect to speak the 2nd language. There is one question per supervisor asked to the employee. This can change based on who is in need of hiring.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ELARC (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
Panel interview with 8-9 other candidates. The managers seemed nice. The candidates mostly worked for elarc or their vendors, so they already had a bigger chance of getting hired. 5 questions. Written response. Verbal bilingual response.

Question 1
How would you handle interdisciplinary disagreement. What is your background with psychosocial assessments.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ELARC (Alhambra, CA)
Interview
The worst experience, I was not comfortable with the process and just hoped for the better. I was interviewed by 2 supervisors. One looked like S/he was falling asleep which did not help with my confidence and the other supervisor had too many cups of coffee that morning.
