Pros

- Very good pay - Loads of freedom - Pretty much everyone is nice because they probably aim to stay working there - Lots of internal events - I got two days of WFH, but there were some who got more if you wanted - Never had to work overtime, or weekends - Rather modest management, which makes them quite approachable, with a few exceptions of course who seem to be entitled nut cases.

Cons

- Seemingly draconian work contract, I have not seen anything as restrictive, and they just refuse to negotiate any of it, even when they agree with you. I have never seen any of what is written in the contract happen though. - Somewhat awful open working space. It is decent, but you can hear everyone talking. - Everyone seems to be so empty, and alienated from work. There are people who are well motivated, but the rest is just not focused, and it starts to seep into you as well. Although there still are beacons of light, they will most likely leave. Example, 15 people in a meeting, 4-5 actually talk.

Well this is what it's all about! Early career opportunities while having fun along the way is a big part of what we hope people experience working at EF, and we are happy to hear this in your reflection. Thank you for sharing your note on compensation as well. We review our compensation packages regularly to make sure they align with our industry standards, and we appreciate your perspective on that.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
