Cons
* Poorly trained and inexperienced managers. * Chaotic and crammed building where everyone is crammed, you'll be lucky if you have enough room to stretch out your arms full length. Feels like a standard call center. * This role "Partner Manager" is nothing but you managing a book of business of clients who (1) don't want to talk to you, (2) many who don't even speak English or know who you are or why you are calling them, and (3) your goal is NOT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, as your KPIs as based on 2 things: how many accounts can you increase the % commission partnership on (ex: moving a restaurant from 20% to 30% commission share) and how many people can you sell on marketing. I've worked in multiple Account Management roles, this is NOT an Account Management role, as you are goaled solely on your ability to sell. Expect a standard sales environment. Expect dial goals and sales metrics to meet. And like a standard sales environment, expect no mercy when you begin to fall behind on your goals.
