Pros

There's extremely flexible scheduling. You can work whenever you want, as long as there's a demand.

Cons

The new pay model essentially guarantees that customers tipping through the app is useless, because it will lower the overall pay we get. They'll sometimes ask you to drive ridiculous distances without any extra pay. The rating system is by far the worst part. It is not mandatory to rate your Dasher, so naturally nobody does it. The only time people rate you is if something bad happened. You'll get a poor rating if the food isn't up to the customer's standard, and if the food is in anything sealed, you can't even check it. Essentially there are many orders that you cant actually check to see if it is right. Drivers are also at fault no matter what if an order is late. So if a Dasher takes an order and then quits due to an emergency, if you accept that order, now you're doing a late order, and you're going to penalized for something you cant control. If a vendor takes a half hour to prepare food, you're at fault. It is absurd.

Pros

You make tips and get to shop at a lot of stores. More areas are open for delivery. You don't go far and have specific zones, like cities, you stay in usually. They give you a special tier of being a Dasher when you're doing the best deliveries, they're called tiers from silver to gold to platinum. Platinum gives you the dash now button allowing you to dash whenever.

Cons

Sometimes the delivery will get marked as if you didn't deliver the item and it gets put on you. There's sometimes drastic waits between orders. The restaurant may be closed or out of the thing the customer ordered. You can't decline order or else the acceptance rating goes down and you'll lose the certain requirements to be a higher tier driver.
