Pros

Great benefits The people I work with make going to work enjoyable

Cons

Annual reviews have resulted in only minimal increases to my base pay. I’ve been with the company for several years, and my compensation has barely increased considering the time, effort, and work I’ve consistently put in. I also know someone in a similar field who is earning the same amount in an entry-level position, while I’m in a higher-level role and have been with the company much longer. My manager makes it unnecessarily difficult to work remotely, even though my responsibilities can be completed entirely from my laptop. I don’t understand why there is so much resistance when the nature of my work clearly allows for that flexibility

Pros

You make tips and get to shop at a lot of stores. More areas are open for delivery. You don't go far and have specific zones, like cities, you stay in usually. They give you a special tier of being a Dasher when you're doing the best deliveries, they're called tiers from silver to gold to platinum. Platinum gives you the dash now button allowing you to dash whenever.

Cons

Sometimes the delivery will get marked as if you didn't deliver the item and it gets put on you. There's sometimes drastic waits between orders. The restaurant may be closed or out of the thing the customer ordered. You can't decline order or else the acceptance rating goes down and you'll lose the certain requirements to be a higher tier driver.
