Pros

- Amazing group of smart, motivated people - Super cool office in East Village - Diverse clients and projects - Strong team environment across departments - doesn't feel like design and development and strategy are working against each other - Competitive salaries and benefit packages - Company is committed to personal and professional development and provides time and opportunity for individual growth - Catered lunches twice a week A lot of agencies play the culture card but it's clear from the outset that this company really believes that happy employees do better work. It's so refreshing to be in an environment that doesn't feel constantly stressful.

Cons

The company is selective about hiring and as a result the interview process can be lengthy and time consuming. The company business model is based on large subscriptions with a smaller portfolio of clients so most people spend their time focused on 2 or 3 accounts, great for some, just depends on what you're looking for. The level of client expectation from the company is very high so it can be a challenging environment for more junior employees, but a great step up for people with some solid prior experience.

Pros

This is a truly unique place to work, in many agencies they force-feed you the culture but here it's completely genuine. This is a company that truly cares about you as a person and values your goals, challenges, and aspirations. It's a place that incubates growth - both personal and professional. The people here are also awesome, there is not one person who works here that I wouldn't be thrilled to go get a drink with after work. There are also really fun perks - team lunches by the DT chef, a really collaborative space, Mario Kart breaks, dogs in the office, beer and snacks in the office, and a lot more.

Cons

The interview process is really intense. There's a skills assessment test, multiple on-site interviews, lunch with the entire company, and so on. It's good though because it shows their commitment to hiring top talent while staying protective of their culture. It's also probably not a place for introverts or people who like to keep to themselves at work, as it's extremely social.
