      Pros

      Great culture with great people. Good place to learn that basics of UX while still being a generalist and getting to touch all parts of the process. Good interface with clients.

      Cons

      Senior management is absent. Current growth trajectory is illy defined but being worked on, so hopefully improvement will be seen over time.
