The company business model is based on large subscriptions with a smaller portfolio of clients so most people spend their time focused on 2 or 3 accounts, great for some, just depends on what you're looking for. The level of client expectation from the company is very high so it can be a challenging environment for more junior employees, but a great step up for people with some solid prior experience.
