Pros
The company overall is very nice and flexible for the most part. Not a stressful place to work at and most of the employees are easy to get along with.
Cons
There are (some) people with manager titles or just regular employees that feel like they have something to prove by putting there 2 cents into matters that don't really pertain to them or departments that they don't work in. Most managers are nice but there are some miserable managers (payroll etc) and employees that like to create drama when they need attention.
