      Telx is a great company with proven, successful processes. Excellent, talented and personable people to work with across all levels.

      Cons

      Acquisition and benefit changes may change this excellent culture. The first wave of layoffs has unnerved some people.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
