      Pros

      Company provides weekly fruit baskets and snacks. Periodically has potlucks and quarterly birthday celebrations. Possibility to work from home occasionally. Can wear jeans on Friday.

      Cons

      Company does not treat employees equally. Communication is the number one problem within the company. Most females are not recognized for their accomplishments.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
