      Well funded and an industry leader in the development of data centers

      Cons

      company has reached an age of its maturity where the original founders are being forced out and the emphasis is now strictly on the returns of investment, making it a difficult company to be working for at this time.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
