      Pros

      Friendly staff. No glass ceilings.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Start-up mentality, even though almost 10 years old. Extremely fast-paced. Absolutely no attention made to equal opportunity employment. Staff almost 65% Caucasian, 30% Asian, and 5% African-American. Outsourcing key roles to India.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
