First and foremost…you work with good people all around! A key contributor to my long term employment in the company. Employee feedback is valued and solicited especially when policies or processes are reviewed. You don’t feel like just another number. Work life balance is encouraged. There is flexibility in work schedules as long as the employee is accountable for their work. Various award recognitions are available monthly, quarterly and annually for managers to utilize when employees go above and beyond. The company invests in employee’s health and financial wellness with great benefits: medical/dental insurance, 401K, bonus compensation and in some cases, stock options.
Cons
The company is expanding so fast and with it comes the ever changing processes to align with growth. Hard to keep up with who’s who in the company. It makes it seem you’re the new kid on the block at times.
