Pros
I have a great team with strong work ethics. In general everyone in my department holds their own tasks accountable and everyone strives to deliver the best results. Mgmt is focused on not just increasing share prices but also employees well-being overall.
Cons
The company is less experienced in M&A integration. It has acquired a series of companies over the past two years. While that positioned the firm for future growth, the road to full integration has not been 100% smooth. But employees have worked hard to make things happen.
