Toxic culture, led by senior leadership. Its who you know not what you know. People work hard and are not recognised unless you're in the select few who the directors favour. Company advertises open positions in job ads but, the role is already someone's who has been 'taken under the wing ' of senior management. It all depends if you're related to, good friends with or suck up to the directors. Company promotes integrity, equal opportunities, fairness and rebel thinking but do not embed this in every day culture.
