So if you join for 2 months and then decide to Quit because of poor work culture , They will make you pay for the 2 months as they don't have Probation Period and so you have to buy out the complete notice period . So if you have couple of offer in hand , make sure you don't join this company else you will get stuck in this Dark Hole !
