No direction or leadership, no respect for current employees. Layoffs are pretty much a norm, and take place every few months. A lot of politics and a very uneasy environment with the frequent layoffs. A lot of politics and you have to spend a lot of time networking if you want to get promoted, hard work and being good at what you do is not good enough.
