Pros
work/life balance a plus! Very comfortable work environment in the office. People are helpful and approachable. Company offers many benefits to employees. Great prices on health insurance and many other benefits. Great x-mas party in the NY area.
Cons
Very difficult to move up the ladder. HR processes to not work on the employees side. Managers are not properly managing their employees to succeed. Company over working and over loading employees with too many tasks and responsibilities that don't even belong to the position. No loyalty or respect to employees. Glass ceiling environment as well as younger professionals environment. Diageo does not promote employees to stay in one position for more than 2 years they like people moving around and if they don't, Diageo moves you out of the company without cause.
