Flexible working, generally very bright and pleasant colleagues, good people policies and procedures
Cons
Skittish management. The productivity agenda is mercinary, with consultants who aren't always very good. One re-org is just about recovered from and a new one is announced. It's like the forth bridge. Quite a big disparity in people managers. If you get a good one it's amazing. If you get a poor one they often hide it well.
