Pros
Great culture and a strong firm with many opportunities. However, public markets are currently very concerned about the future of the alcohol industry, so share prices have plummeted. As a former employee, we did not really experience any issues either financially or in terms of work.
Cons
Diageo is a multinational company with its own rules and processes, but this is true for all large FTSE 100 companies. I honestly can’t really think of any cons. Working hours are seasonal, with a higher workload around fiscal year-end closings.
