I've been working here as a CSM and can genuinely say it's one of the best professional experiences I've had. The work culture is supportive, inclusive, and collaborative—everyone is truly invested in each other’s success. I’m constantly challenged in a way that keeps things exciting, and I always feel like my contributions are meaningful. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a real focus on both personal and professional growth. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and I feel well taken care of.
Cons
The pace can be fast and expectations are high, but for someone who enjoys being challenged and learning constantly, that’s actually a plus.
