      Pros

      Loved everyone I worked with. Very rewarding when you find the dress of her dreams.

      Cons

      Dealing with not only the bride, but the bride's mother, grandmother, sisters, and friends is enough to make you want to quit in itself. Most brides treat you like a servant and will spend hours with you without purchasing a dress. Salary is commission based, therefore every hour and bride is valuable to you. You have to make calls every day to force a dress on a bride that she doesn't want.

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Cons

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

      Management is unhelpful at best and cruel at worst We're horribly understaffed Communication is terrible Management is very inconsistent about their expectations
