Pros
Great pay, and they invest in their training. You will be able to use the training experience for any other job, which you will probably need because they have terrible turn.
Cons
The leadership is messy; the experience in the field is totally different than what you're trained for. I'm sure there are some districts that have fantastic leadership but mine was not one of them; you would be texted information that was basically gossip from your DM. They encourage you to speak poorly about your team, and the computer systems are terrible. As a manager, I occasionally felt like I was doing customers a disservice because the system would be problematic or their order would be sent to us improperly. Plus you have to deal with an alterations team that has their own sort of P&L that impacts your bonus.
