Poor pay, bizarre management - Technician Datasharp Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about Datasharp. It must have been many years since you apparently worked for us as Paul McIntosh has had no active involvement with the company for 10 years and officially resigned from the business in 2018. We are a business that greatly values our talented and dedicated staff members and show this in the way we respect, support and nurture our great team. We are glad you enjoyed all the social events that we regularly arrange for our team. We are very proud of the brilliant and talented group of people that we have at our company and enjoy rewarding them for their incredible work. We care about nurturing a positive working environment with mutual respect as our time spent at work is a significant part of people's lives. We provide career advancement to management, progression, training, inter departmental moves and home working and office based hybrid working where we can to enhance our team’s quality of life and the very important work-life balance. We believe it is for this reason we have such a loyal team with a very low staff turnover being >60% of our team have been with us for 5 years+ (with 30% 10 years+ and 15% 20 years+). We are also delighted to have had people spend the majority of their careers with us and have since retired.
