Pros

It was very interesting to learn about how the business was run and how parking tickets work in general. The dept. manager and team are very supportive. HR was always on top of creating a fun and friendly culture too. There's a lot of camaraderie as long as you communicate. I also loved that we had mandatory 10 min breaks, those were refreshing. Meetings with the CEO were interesting to say the least. Not just simple updates about work but, interacting with a someone who has the ability to make the room brighter was eye opening.

Cons

Like anything in life, no pain no gain. You're put in an uncomfortable conversations that ultimately help you grow. With time you get better, and with your new skills you'll feel calmer in more in control in any situation outside of work too.

- You can leave whenever you feel like it to end your employment - Strict zero OT

Cons

- TERRIBLE work culture - Upper management out of office most of the time - Racist and sexist owners - No help with training - No opportunity for growth - Wage imbalance, getting paid less than my peers for the same work and similar experience - Upper management never checks in with employees - Any semblance of worker unity is brought down and people get fired
