Pros
Data entry at Data Ticket is a great way to gain office experience. The duties of a data entry operator might seem overwhelming at first, but the department supervisor, as well everyone else is the department is very helpful. Your role is broken down into a smaller tasks that make it easy to tackle. Questions are highly encouraged which eases the stress of making mistakes. Once you're up to speed, the job becomes very easy and very consistent. Parking is relatively easy, and there are a decent amount of food options nearby. The office itself is very clean, and everyone maintains a professional and friendly demeanor.
Cons
Since this is a data entry position, it is very quota driven. While expectations are low as you first start, you are expected to maintain a quota per day. I, personally, did not think the quota was very hard to meet, but if someone else in the department is slacking or is not up to speed with the rest, it can hinder the overall performance of the department. Communication is very important, and when there are communication issues, mistakes can be time consuming and may involve multiple people to solve an issue.
