Pros

DAC is a fantastic company, ran and drive by incredibly smart people both in Senior Leadership and the troops on the ground running services and delivering products for clients. 1) Culture: highly enthusiastic, exciting and driven people make DAC - you will learn here, a lot, and fast. If you're looking to learn and drive your career forward, DAC is an excellent choice for you. 2) High performance: leading on from culture, a high performance culture means we, as a result, enjoy what we do; have a sense of pride and ownership in what we do and ultimately everyone learns exceptionally fast. 3) Flexibility: working both from home and the office provides an excellent balance, and we utilise both environments to the best efficiency possible - focusing on high attention work at home while collaborating online when necessary, and time in the office is used to collaborate, run sessions, get into accounts and performance together.

Cons

We go absolutely above and beyond for our clients, which drives a huge number of positives, though with that means times of high intensity work, and quality of output, are needed.

Pros

Fellow colleagues are amazing. Good snacks. Some fun activities are held in office throughout the year.

Cons

It's a long list, but the short version is this: give serious thought to whether this is the right organization for you. From my perspective, the company has been in a prolonged period of decline. Over the past several years it has experienced significant client attrition, a steady exodus of talented employees, and an organizational structure that has become increasingly top-heavy. Leadership, in my experience, tends toward a highly centralized, command-and-control style, leaving relatively little room for autonomy or dissent. A real culture of fear. Perhaps most disappointing is what feels like the erosion of the organization's culture. The entrepreneurial energy, sense of purpose, and genuine camaraderie that once distinguished the company have gradually dissipated. The soul of the organization seems to have been sacrificed for over reliance on process. Ultimately, only you can decide whether it's the right fit, but I would encourage you to go in with your eyes wide open.
