Pros

Decent technology. Maybe the sole proprietor will loosen is iron grip of tyranny and sell equity to human beings on planet earth. It's the only chance they've got

Cons

inept sr mgmt. hypocritical. pathetic, disgusting politics by petty, small people. Amateur hour across the board. No vision. No business acumen. No appetite for risk. No quality training. No sense of self or awareness. Accounting plays games with pay and expenses. Back stabbing. Stealing others' credit. E2+C2 is a joke, a contradiction in terms. Spineless plebes kowtowing to a mad king. Do not believe recruiting's pitch

Pros

The biggest pro is that I got a good laugh from reading some of the positive reviews on here. I really needed that since Ive been pretty miserable ever since I made the decision to work for DAC. Disclaimer: those positive reviews are 100% fabricated.

Cons

The most recent negative reviews pretty much sum it all up. Disrespectful, demeaning, crappy process, 0 lack of work-life balance and absolutely no training. One of my teammates lost a family member and was asked if she was able to cancel her breavement leave to jump on an urgent client meeting. Nothing that's discussed with HR is confidental, they will run to your manager and tell them what you said word for word which made my time at this company extremely toxic and I felt like I had no one to turn to. If you try giving constructive criticsm to upper management you paint a target on your back. It's their way or the highway. They've lost their best employees over the past few months and they are now starting to sweat and question what might be going wrong. I typically worked a minimum of 50 hours a week and still get told that upper management doesnt really consider that over time and that we cant hire more people because we still have capacity to take on more work. Everyone you talk to at that company is worked to the bone and simply exhausted. Hate that I've had to share my feedback on this forum but when upper management and HR don't listen this, unfortunately, becomes your only resort. Stay away from this place

Pros

salary was decent benefits parking Gym membership Week off at Christmas

Cons

This was the first place I ever worked where senior employees walk past you as if you are beneath them. Coworkers are standoffish at first. In fact, not a very friendly or sincere environment. Because you find out soon - they are MISERABLE! Turnover was huge - anyone with any genuine talent or personality would eventually leave for greener pastures (or be terminated). Not even HR executives would last long. No one has power and everything is controlled by CEO. He YELLS at people like it was the 50"s or something. Very old fashioned insofar as management style and expectations. You only prosper if CEO and President like you. Just don't believe the hype - you will only succeed if you worship the executives. Very sales driven also - doesn't matter what the client needs or wants - it's all about the profit.
