      Cons

      If you don't like small companies where your work is noticed, you would not like this company. The work environment is fast paced. Sometimes, it is too small.

      Highly niche area; very interesting products and services

      Cons

      At the time, executive leadership was highly controlling and had shifted from the product-led, innovation strategy that the company was founded on to a sales-led strategy that had significant impacts to the internal culture. Good to see that leadership has changed - hopefully for the better.
