      Pros

      Hard to think of a pro. The office is in a good location.

      Cons

      Pays minimum amount. If you work in the tech side of Cvent, you can do okay, but if you are in any other department other than tech, run away. Its a very greeky (in not a good way) kind of environment. They promote their holiday party's as a way to lurge college students into applying but they havent had one since covid. Its very difficult to grow in the company, and again.. the pay is VERY low, especially for the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

      Great people and the job was fun.

      Did not get paid what I’m worth. Not flexible in pay. Kept in the dark regarding pay for a long time.

      Pros

      You will learn an array of complex software, products, and always have new revenue markers. I had opportunity there but was not provided avenues for actual coaching for career or leadership growth.

      Cons

      Can be a clicky atmosphere protected by higher ups at Manager and above. Logging time for 10 years straight in 15-minute increments sucks.
