Pros
Good colleagues, decent benefits, decent pay
Cons
Leadership changes its position constantly with no transparency. If you're stressed from COVID they put you on a PIP because you're not reaching their new extreme targets that were made after COVID started. Sorry that I can't fill 30 hours of "productive" work (vaguely described) per week when the workload immediately dropped off. Especially when leadership was lazy at providing actual work to do in that time. And then when you reach your PIP targets they say that your ADHD is the reason why you can't keep your job (looking at multiple different displays during meetings does not mean I'm not focusing, but thanks for your consideration, nor does typing in Slack 4 minutes after my shift starts that I'm here mean I'm actually late.) No chance for promotion or raise unless you're exceeding any reasonable worker target.
