      One of the best-paying companies, the work-life balance is also pretty great. Generous RSUs and refreshers, decent benefits

      Cons

      Need to be in person 3 days a week which limits roles to SF, LA and Charlotte

      Pros

      Great place to get laid off from. Severance is nice.

      Cons

      They laid off half the people doing the work and reduced pay, so you get to do more for less money.
