Pros

High standards of professionalism, well-thought out procedures, pushes and encourages employees to continually develop and learn. Generally well-organized company.

Cons

Corrupt core, light personality cult for the CEO, dehumanizing treatment. Treats employees like expendable robots, most managers are incompetent. Advertises a friendly and 'family' like culture that is completely false. Forces employees to work during sickness. I could write a book on how messed up this company is. You can have an ok-ish time if you don't work there too long and even gain things from it, but I'd say, be very aware of what you're getting into if you want to work there for a longer period.
