      A lot of beneficts. home office if you get sick... you dont have to go to IMSS... you can go to a private doctor, and have 3 days off with payment. life insurance mayor medical expenses insurance travels to germany, usa or thers

      Cons

      slow development process slow salary rises and promotions you have to check your arrive time and your leave time, weekly payment ( that can be a problem for someones or pros for others)

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
