Pros
Company focuses in developing employees with proper technical trainings but there are some narrow minded managers who supress your growth
Cons
Two managers in VNI one at BU level and another at project level is completely biased and supporting employees/hiring employees based on their linguistic (Tamil) and their region. Because of this unbiased and toxic culture, collateral damage has already started like suppressing other career growth, no equality in the team, spoiling young careers. BU head and country HR head should focus on this issue and correct them.
